If I could pick one person who would follow me and give me advice, then I would pick JK Rowling. Even though she's not that old or historical, I believe that her advice would benefit me more than anyone else's. She's a humble, successful author known in many corners of the world. She used to have a really tough life but managed to make something of herself even though she was laughed at because she wanted to be a writer. Or even better, a fiction fantasy writer.
I've always wanted to write for a living and not have a 9-5 job that's boringly routine. I love writing and hate sitting in a classroom all day so it's kind of my dream job. And the idea that someone like JK made it in life gives me inspiration.
So if she could be my guardian angel and help me through it, it would be amazing.
Though no matter how far I go, I'll never get anywhere near Harry Potter's standards. And I'm not even upset about that.
